Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave, compliance).
  • Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee engagement activities and grievance resolution.
  • Assist in policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance employee skills.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR operations or talent acquisition (13 years for executive; 5+ for manager).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
