Job Description

HR Executive plays a vital role in managing human resources functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws. They act as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive also assists in policy formulation, employee engagement, payroll, and maintaining accurate HR records to support organizational goals efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure timely onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases with current information.
Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance reconciliation accurately.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Organize employee engagement programs to boost morale and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR regulations always.
Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives effectively.
Address employee grievances promptly and maintain workplace harmony efficiently.

Skill & Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relationship management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under minimal supervision pressure.
Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office tools.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities for complex HR issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
