Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Staffing :- Recruit skilled workers, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and administrative staff and ensure new hires are trained on company culture, policies, and safety protocols 2. Training & Development :- Organize training on machinery, safety procedures, quality control, and compliance and develop training manuals for the same. 3. Performance Management :- Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions and monitor worker performance during regular hours and overtime. Implement strategies to ensure that the employees are giving optimal performance at all times. 5. Compliance & Legal Affairs :- Ensure adherence to Labour laws and maintain records and ensure the factory meets legal HR and safety requirements. 6. Compensation & Benefits :- Process accurate and timely salary disbursement. Manage incentive schemes and overtime compensation. 7. HR Strategy & Planning :- evelop strategies for retention, succession planning, and workforce optimization. Preferred candidate profile - The candidate must be graduate or above. - The candidate must have atleast 5 years experience in the field of Human Resources.
