Production Supervisor

Jalandhar Spun Pipe Co. (StoneWiz)

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety. You will work closely with production staff, engineers and other departments to meet production goals and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct the work of production worker, providing guidance, training and support.
Monitor production processes, identify and address any issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain production schedules and workflows.
Manage inventory and materials, ensuring timely availability.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production areas.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
Provide reports and data on production performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years
of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Experience with quality control and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Specific skills or qualifications e.g., familiarity with stone manufacturing processes.
