Job Description

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and manage production staff; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Production Planning: Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources, and adjust priorities to meet targets.
Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards, conduct checks, and implement corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Process Optimization: Monitor equipment, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements for productivity.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records (output, inventory, labor) and prepare reports for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, maintenance, and QA to resolve issues.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time
