About Us:

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage monthly payroll, ensuring precise salary, deductions, and disbursement on time.
  • Ensure full compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings, handle government inspections, audits, and resolve any compliance gaps.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Forecast hiring needs in coordination with Project Heads to ensure seamless workforce availability.
  • Develop accurate job descriptions, manage candidate databases, and utilize job portals and ATS systems effectively.

Employee Relations & Development:

  • Address employee grievances proactively and resolve conflicts professionally.
  • Implement performance management systems and lead employee development programs.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and employee engagement activities.

Statutory & Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to all applicable labour laws and company policies across all projects.
  • Maintain complete and accurate statutory records and prepare compliance reports.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits and corrective actions as necessary.

Administrative Supervision:

  • Train and supervise 2 office manpower to act as Admin Executives responsible for documentation, attendance management, statutory filings support, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all administrative processes and record-keeping.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate HR MIS reports, track KPIs (attrition, absenteeism, compliance status), and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in HR operations and systems.

Vendor & External Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with statutory bodies, recruitment vendors, benefit providers, and external consultants.
