Job Description

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
Design and oversee employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Drive performance management systems, including appraisals and goal-setting.
Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR or equivalent specialization preferred.
4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR practices in India.
Proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and teams.
