Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies specific to the manufacturing sector.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees.
  • Ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other HR-related issues.
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handling disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with labor laws.
  • Employee Engagement, Yearly picnic and festival celebrations and monthly fun activities

Performance Management:

  • Assisting in measuring the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Handle end to end performance appraisal systems.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Identifying training needs and development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administering compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensuring competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Monitoring and checking of employee compensation benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management, including Salary Processing

Training and Development:

  • Developing and delivering training programs, including safety training.
  • Promoting employee growth and development.

Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. (like factories act, labour law, workman's compensation, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF, Insurance)
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing HR budgets and reporting.
  • HR policy preparation and stringent implementation
  • Analysing HR metrics and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

Safety and Wellbeing:

  • Promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Setting Benchmarks

  • Foster Long term growth view in employees
  • Preparation of all training documents related with the ISO, TS, and OHSAS & Other
  • Boost culture of cooperation, togetherness, and combined growth mindset
  • Prepare organisation for future challenges in terms of human resources based on business goals and vision
  • Handling all Misc. Administration Activities and guiding admin team

MBA- HR/Industrial Relation/Corporate Law
