Implementation OF Digital Service Portal , Acting as a bridge between company and customers for service and documentation related process. Responsible to perform all service activities like attending to the customer complaint on timely basis, inspection of trailers, PDI. Installation and training of product and other activity as and where the need emerges, co-ordinating and reporting the manager for service-related activities.
