Job Description

Details About the Job Opening

Job Purpose:

Ensure process and Product Quality
Support supplier Quality Maintain compliance
Drive continuous improvement
Enhance customer Satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate internal production processes for compliance with quality standards. Conduct internal process audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct customer complaint analysis and ensure action closure through the 8D report methodology.
Conduct regular 5S audits and ensure effective implementation across the organization

Required Skills:

General Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015
Knowledge of AIAG core tools.
Possess strong commodity knowledge in foundry and forging processes, along with expertise in material testing
Drawing Interpretation GD&T, Use of manual measuring Instrument, SAP Basics

Preferred

BE. Mechanical/ Diploma
Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015
SAP Basics
