Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute hiring strategies for creative, sales, and operations roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding. Employee Engagement & Culture: Build a positive, creative, and collaborative workplace. Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs. Performance Management: Implement appraisal systems and performance improvement plans. Provide support to managers for goal setting and employee development. Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company values. Maintain records related to attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliances. Learning & Development: Identify training needs for employees and coordinate skill-development programs. Support team leads in upskilling initiatives. HR Operations: Manage HRMS and employee data. Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution.
