We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing all human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance. *Key Responsibilities*
Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a mediator between management and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and implement growth plans for employees.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits packages, and employee compensation, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to promote employee development.
Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote workplace ethics.
