Job Description

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective
HR policies, strategies, and initiatives
aligned with business goals.
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
and onboarding processes.
Handle
employee relations and grievances
with professionalism and confidentiality.
Ensure
legal compliance
with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Conduct
performance management and appraisal cycles
.
Plan and execute
employee engagement and welfare activities
.
Support
workforce planning
, succession planning, and organizational development.
Maintain
accurate HR records
and prepare required reports.
Facilitate
training and development programs
to enhance employee skills and growth.
Promote a
positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or related field.
3-5 years
of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Sound knowledge of
HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and HR software tools.
