Role Overview We're seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team and take full ownership of the social media presence for our client across multiple platforms. You'll be responsible for content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Content Management: Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X Design engaging social media posts using latest advancements in content creation software Write compelling captions for announcements, updates, and testimonials Monitor trending topics and generate fresh content ideas Record and create content for social media reels Video Production: Create and Edit videos using latest advancements in content creation software Transform raw footage into multiple formats (reels, YouTube videos, shorts, TikToks, etc.) Optimise video content for each platform's specifications Community Management: Respond to comments and direct messages promptly Engage with followers and build community relationships Manage Meta Business environment Manage Google Business Page interactions Monitor brand mentions and online reputation Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics Create weekly and monthly social media reports Analyse data to optimise content strategy Provide insights and recommendations for improvement Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design Video editing experience Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms Understanding of platform-specific best practices Basic analytics and reporting capabilities Communication: Excellent written English skills Strong verbal communication for video calls Ability to match brand voice and tone Professional and timely communication style Application Requirements Please submit: Updated resume/CV Portfolio of previous social media work Brief cover letter explaining your approach to social media management Examples of content you've created (graphics, videos, captions) References from previous clients or employers
Role & responsibilities Must have 6-8 years of work experience. Hands-on with using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity to build solutions. Should know what is vibe-coding, context engineering and prompt engineering. Ability to tech and lead development teams on using AI tools for improved productivity. Hands-on experience in Solution architecture. Oversee technical design and development of mobile and web applications as per requirement specifications and quality requirements. Participating in client meetings to elicit requirements and other client-facing activities. Follow agile methodology, conduct daily standup, and sprint planning, and manage the product backlog. Good understanding of software architecture and related issues. Good knowledge and understanding of industry-standard software design patterns Sufficient hands-on experience in at least one software technology area Web/Mobile. In web, ASP.NET MVC, PHP, Node.Js, Angular, and hybrid app development in mobile, iOS/Android development. Exposure to cloud engineering is recommended. Understanding of Micro-Services architecture. Preferred candidate profile Must have client management experience and team management experience. Good understanding of the agile methodology. Accountable and responsible for the project's quality and timely delivery, leading to customer satisfaction. Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates. Propose and establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments. Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources, and scope. Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives. Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions. Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.
