the Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire HR operations and strategy.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Design, implement, and monitor

    Performance Management System (PMS)

    (Mandatory requirement).

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and statutory compliances.
  • Develop and execute HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Handle employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Plan training and development programs to enhance employee productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, HR analytics, and labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions independently.
