We are looking for a proactive Civil Site Engineer to manage the end-to-end construction activities of our upcoming Ayurvedic Hospital. The role involves daily site supervision, checking drawings, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality, and driving timely completion of all works. Key Responsibilities Execute day-to-day site activities: RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, drainage, external development. Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Supervise construction of hospital-specific areas: OPD, IPD, Panchakarma rooms, pharmacy, labs, wards, toilets. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve site issues. Prepare and maintain DPRs, measurements, and basic billing support. Manage labour: attendance, task allocation, productivity tracking. Monitor material planning, stock, and quality checks. Ensure safety rules are followed at all times. Maintain site discipline and report progress to management.
