Internship Overview

World Legal Regulatory Council (WLRC)

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about human resources, people management, recruitment, and organizational development.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
  • Support onboarding processes for interns and employees, including documentation, verification, and orientation coordination.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR files.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Assist with attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR compliance documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and internal coordination.
Employee Engagement & Coordination
  • Help plan and execute internal engagement initiatives, team communications, and HR announcements.
  • Act as a point of coordination between management and interns/employees for HR-related matters.
HR Reporting & Process Support
  • Prepare basic HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in improving HR processes, templates, and internal policies where required.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Recent graduates or final-year students in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field

    are preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in

    English and Hindi

    .
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts, recruitment processes, and workplace professionalism.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
Compensation & Benefits
