Job Description

  • Manage complete hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Serve as the recruitment point of contact for assigned departments.

2. Manpower Planning

  • Work with department heads to identify short- and long-term hiring needs.
  • Monitor attrition and plan replacements or new roles accordingly.

3. Understanding Hiring Requisitions

  • Review and validate job requisitions for accuracy.
  • Discuss expectations, hierarchy, and salary budgets with hiring managers.
  • Seek internal approvals before initiating recruitment.

4. Job Description (JD) Creation

  • Draft and format JDs with clear responsibilities, qualifications, and skill sets.
  • Ensure job descriptions are aligned with industry benchmarks and internal role expectations.

5. Job Posting & Advertisement

  • Post roles on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, company career page, and other platforms.
  • Amplify reach through internal and social media promotions.

6. Sourcing & Screening

  • Use multiple sourcing channels (portals, referrals, social platforms) to attract candidates.
  • Shortlist profiles based on role-specific criteria.
  • Conduct screening calls to assess basic fitment and communication.

7. Initial Interviews

  • Conduct preliminary interview rounds to evaluate aptitude and culture fit.
  • Explain role structure, expectations, and company overview to candidates.

8. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule interviews with department heads and panels.
  • Communicate feedback, availability, and follow-ups effectively.

9. Salary Negotiation

  • Handle initial negotiations within budget parameters.
  • Align offers with internal compensation policies.

10. Background Verification & Reference Checks

  • Initiate BGV processes with vendors or internal teams.
  • Conduct reference checks with previous employers.

11. Onboarding Coordination

  • Work closely with HR operations to ensure smooth joining and induction.
  • Track joining status and resolve pre-joining queries.

12. Candidate Database & ATS Maintenance

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS/Excel trackers.
  • Track progress through recruitment funnel and update dashboards.

13. Reporting & MIS

  • Generate weekly/monthly hiring reports and metrics.
  • Track recruitment KPIs like time-to-hire, offer acceptance, source efficiency.


  • Manage and track the interview process, ensuring smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
  • Address any issues or changes related to the interview schedule promptly.
  • Prepare detailed summaries of each candidate's interaction for the recruitment team.
  • Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and documentation.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that offers are aligned with company compensation policies and market standards.
  • Negotiate salary offers and employment terms with selected candidates.

    9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Working Days:

    Monday- Saturday (Sunday fixed off)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of various job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, etc.
