Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify and source potential franchise leads through various channels including online 

platforms, networking events, and cold calling.

• Initial Pitch & Virtual Meetings:

Conduct introductory calls and virtual meetings to provide potential franchisees with 

information regarding the franchise model, business offerings, and benefits.

• Scheduling Face-to-Face Meetings:

Arrange in-person meetings with qualified leads to discuss franchise opportunities in 

detail.

• Franchise Presentations:

Conduct engaging and informative presentations to potential franchisees, addressing their 

concerns, showcasing the business opportunity, and highlighting the benefits of becoming 

a franchisee.

• Deal Closure:

Work closely with potential franchisees and convince them to make an investment in the 

franchise model and close the deal.

• Target Achievement:

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), 

ensuring steady growth in franchise acquisition.

• Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales progress in CRM systems. Prepare 

regular reports on performance and activities.

• Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the 

franchise and address potential franchisees’ needs.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. MBA, BBA or any graduate.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in franchise 

sales or a related field.

• Aggressive in achieving targets, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as 

part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle objections effectively.

• Professional, enthusiastic, and proactive in approach.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software


Salary - 3.0 - 3.6 LPA
