Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (field sales, corporate, technical, and operations) across functions and geographies.
• Lead bulk and volume hiring drives, especially for B2C sales and field teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit, and coordinate interviews.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
• Drive employer branding initiatives aligned with SolarSquares values and culture.
• Assist in campus hiring and building long-term talent pipelines.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth companies is a plus.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Passion for clean energy and sustainability is a bonus!
