Assist in sourcing & screening candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 3. Support in day-to-day HR operations including documentation, onboarding, and database management. 4. Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives. 5. Assist in HR administration tasks like maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling queries. 6. Provide support to the HR team in various ongoing projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Skills & Qualifications: 1. Passionate about HR as a career and eager to learn the ropes. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills a true peoples person. 3. Good organizational and coordination skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 6. Immediate joiners preferred.
