In this role, you will assist the recruitment team in sourcing and engaging qualified professionals across multiple markets. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in building a career in recruitment or human resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and identification of potential candidates through professional networks, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Assist in building and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market and talent research to identify sourcing trends and opportunities in various international regions.
• Prepare and post job descriptions across approved platforms in alignment with the company’s hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment databases and systems.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on sourcing priorities and candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking tools is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive learner with a professional attitude and commitment to excellence.
