Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR-Generalist to lead our Human Resources function, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and reduce turnover.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • SOPs and Policies: Set and implement HR Policies for employees and also SOPs for various HR Tasks.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR processes, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Training and Development: Build modules for continuous Training and Development of employees.
