Job Description

The role is to ensure smooth hiring, engagement, and governance of the contract and contingent workforce

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end hiring of contract and contingent workforce as per manpower requirements.
Oversee the entire workforce lifecycle from onboarding to exit with accurate documentation.
Conduct effective orientation and induction sessions for new workforce members.
Coordinate with line supervisors and stakeholders to address day-to-day shopfloor concerns.
Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances and audit requirements.
Coordinate with departments to ensure compliant and timely B-shift scheduling for female employees.
Build and maintain strong connect with ITIs, training institutes, and contractors for talent supply.
Handle grievances of contract and contingent workforce with timely resolution.
Drive female diversity initiatives and ensure inclusive deployment practices.
Conduct POSH awareness sessions to reinforce a safe and respectful workplace culture.

Min 5 years experience required. Females preferred. Dharuhera location
