Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and offer issuance.
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify required skills and competencies for open positions.
  • HR Operations:

    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction training, and explaining company policies, compensation, and benefits.
    • Maintain accurate employee records, manage insurance processes, and conduct HR audits.
  • Compensation & Benefits:

    • Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, benefits, and resolve related queries.
    • Handle disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations as required.
  • Performance Management:

    • Administer the performance appraisal system to promote high performance.
    • Collaborate with departments to set KRAs and KPIs, support annual increment processes, and assist in HR budgeting.
  • Policy & Compliance:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with statutory guidelines.
    • Ensure timely submission of statutory compliance documents and monitor updates to legal requirements, advising management as needed.
  • Statutory & Contractor Management:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, and other statutory payments.
    • Verify contractor bills, keep proper documentation, and resolve issues in coordination with contractors.
  • Training & Development:

    • Create and manage the annual training calendar, track training completion, and maintain records.
    • Coordinate and conduct various HR training sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, statutory compliance, and labor laws.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
