Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Staffing:


    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
    • Develop sourcing strategies and leverage various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
    • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates that fit both technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
    • Foster a culture of open communication and proactive conflict resolution.
    • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and surveys.
  • Performance Management:

    • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters and support career development initiatives.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices.
    • Conduct benchmarking studies and make recommendations to enhance the company's total rewards package.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:

    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

  • Manage HRMS:

Manage HRMS system with employee payroll processing.

  • Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans and succession planning strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate intesred to make career in HR.
