Job Description

Key Responsibility:


Compensation and Rewards


  • Manage compensation benchmarking, salary surveys and rewards program.
  • Support the annual compensation review process by preparing employee data, running reports, and coordinating inputs with Business HR team.
  • Conduct regular data collection and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Administer Rewards & Recognition (R&R) program business achievement recognition and long service awards.
  • Track and monitor market dynamics utilization and feedback on continues improvement / proposal on structure.


Performance Management & HR System


  • Develop and manage performance management process and HR system.
  • Support timely rollout of year-end reviews, goal setting and system-based workflow.
  • Implement System updates based on policy and process changes in the performance and reward framework.
  • Coordinate with IT/ HRMS teams for issue resolution and ensure seamless user experience.
  • Maintain HRMs and payroll systems to ensure accuracy in compensation data and reporting.


Employee Engagement and Policies


  • Assist in rolling out and tracking employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Help create dashboards and monthly updates on employee engagement and R&R.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to frame new HR policies and to annually review and develop policies, procedure.


Reporting and Analytics


  • The role will own the HR budgeting process and closely monitor cost aligned to the overall plan.
  • Use strong analytical skill to translate complex data into insights and narrative that help decision making and drive strategy.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards, including productivity metrics, attrition analysis, and hiring trends.
  • Support ad-hoc HR Data analysis for leadership reviews or audit purpose.


Requirement:


  • 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience preferably in Compensation and Benefits, performance management and HR system.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS /ERP platforms.
  • Strong Excel and data reporting skills, ability to work with large datasets.
  • Detailed orientation, process driven and committed to timelines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross functional with HRBPs and other support teams
  • A mindset for ownership agility and continuous improvement.
