Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our client’s operations in Valsad. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR generalist experience, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on expertise in HR operations. Technical knowledge and working experience in payroll software—especially Zoho People/Zoho Payroll—will be a strong advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partnering· Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders and department heads. · Align HR initiatives with business goals and support organizational growth. · Identify workforce challenges and recommend effective HR solutions. Recruitment & Talent Management·  Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior, middle, and junior-level roles. ·  Manage talent acquisition strategies, interviews, and selection processes. ·  Lead onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth employee integration. Employee Relations & Engagement· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution. · Conduct regular meetings with employees and managers to improve workplace culture. · Drive engagement initiatives to improve retention and morale. Performance Management· Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system. · Support managers in goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans. · Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities. HR Operations & Compliance· Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and statutory compliance. · Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines. · Manage monthly HR MIS reporting and dashboards. Payroll & HR Tech Management· Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate monthly salary processing. · Experience with payroll software—preferably Zoho People/Zoho Payroll. · Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and automation tools. Skills & Competencies Required· Strong HR Generalist expertise across all HR functions. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. · Proficiency in HR tech platforms and payroll systems (Zoho preferred). · Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory requirements. · Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities. Educational QualificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
