Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Business Partner based in Mumbai. The role involves implementing and managing HR policies, building employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The HR Business Partner will work closely with teams to coordinate performance management processes and offer strategic human resource solutions to drive organizational growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, the candidate will also support team development and foster a positive work environment.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of prior experience as HR Generalist , HR Coordinator.
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Labor and Employment Law with a focus on compliance.
  • Proven experience in Performance Management to drive employee growth and accountability.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner to leadership while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced or tech-based organization is an advantage.
