Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the designated territory. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new clients, managing customer relationships, conducting training sessions for team members or customers, and ensuring consistent sales performance. Collaboration with various teams to deliver services efficiently and address customer concerns is also critical to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven expertise in sales, sales management, and achieving sales targets
  • Customer service abilities, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs effectively
  • Experience conducting training sessions to empower team members or clients
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the real estate or prop-tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
