Job Description

Role:

Responsible for ensuring that the HR policies and practices of the organization are implemented consistently and effectively across the region.
Responsible for overall recruitment across all centres allotted across the country
Ensure timely hiring of all vacant positions
Drive day to day HR Operations in your region
Drive employee engagement activities in your region
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Ensure the region's HR practices comply with all applicable local, state, and national labor laws and regulations.
Manage and monitor the HR budget for the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with departmental goals.
