Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to business leaders by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform decision-making.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
