As we are expanding ambitiously, we are seeking a strategic Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to develop and implement strategies for Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Learning & Development. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in driving our organizational success, as we believe that access to and development of strong talent is the critical success factor for us. Responsibilities Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop our Global HR Strategy and collaborate with local Senior Team members to adjust it to local realities; spearhead the implementation along with the APO Manager. Talent Management: Drive the execution of global talent strategies, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs. Organizational Development: Identify and implement organizational design and change management strategies to support business growth and transformation.. Culture & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and a positive work environment. HR Analytics: Utilize data and HR metrics to provide insights, diagnose organizational effectiveness, and inform decision-making. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA/PGDM in HR) is highly preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in international environments Strong interpersonal skills and full English proficiency to collaborate effectively with overseas parties Proven experience in successfully driving large-scale organizational talent initiatives. Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp business models and drivers. Excellent individual and team player with proven leadership skills. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to build and implement accounting functions from zero and to grow along with us into a strong Finance Leader within 2-3 years. You will work directly with an HNWI, who is a global investor in Europe, Asia and Africa, and shareholder / CEO of multiple companies covering several industries: Analytics, Investments, Real Estate Development, Construction, Software Development and KPO. Accounting has been limited to compliance until now, and these functions have been outsourced. The Senior Accountants mission is to build the capacity to internally handle core accounting functions, build management accounting from zero and implement cashflow planning within a short time frame. As the Group of Companies is aggressively growing, we are looking for an individual with big ambitions, able and willing to work hard, and with the intelligence to grow into a Financial Manager within a years time. Responsibilities Build all accounting processes from zero for a newly established group of companies that is aggressively growing Train and manage accounting trainees (locally and / or overseas) Maintain financial records of several overseas group entities Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws (in liaison with overseas accountants) Build Group Management Accounting from zero Reconcile bank statements Collaborate with Construction Operations to implement a Project Costing System Evaluate cost and uncover savings potential Plan cashflow and monitor budgets Set financial goals for group companies and monitor implementation Manage and optimize cross-border transactional banking Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar discipline Proficiency with Quickbooks Professional qualification in CMA, CIMA, CA, or ACCA (ideally) 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in international environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail, Strong interpersonal skills and full English proficiency to collaborate effectively with overseas parties Ability to work independently and under pressure Out-of-the-box thinker and able to contribute more than just Accounting Location: India (WFH) Business Trips abroad for a few days per year might be required Working Hours : Usually Local Office Hours; 1-2 days per week late schedule to match Eastern European Office Hours (~3 hours behind)
