Role Overview

HR professional

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
• Build talent pipelines for technical, sales, and operational roles.
• Design and execute smooth onboarding & induction programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, HRMS, and payroll coordination.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws).
• Draft and update HR policies as per industry best practices.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Organize team-building and engagement activities.
• Support leadership in building a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.

Learning & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
• Support managers in performance reviews and career development planning.

Performance Management

• Coordinate appraisal cycles and maintain transparent evaluation processes.
• Monitor KPIs and support leadership in workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.
• 2–6 years of experience in HR roles (startup/healthcare/tech preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
