This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping an office running smoothly. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities. Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data. Oversee leave management and ensure compliance with labor laws. Drive employee engagement and team-building activities. Support policy development and implementation. Office Administration Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff. Handle office budgeting, petty cash, and procurement of supplies. Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. RequirementsGraduate in HR/Business Administration or related field. Experience in HR, office administration, or a combined role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English; Malayalam/Hindi a plus). Knowledge of basic HR policies, labor laws, and payroll practices. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is an advantage. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
