Job Description

As an HR for Talent Acquisition, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to contribute to the growth and success of the company. - Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events. - Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements. - Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
