We are looking for an experienced Recovery Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in debt recovery and collection processes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally while ensuring timely recovery. Key Responsibilities Handle recovery of overdue payments from customers through regular follow-ups (field & tele-calling as applicable). Maintain professional communication with clients while ensuring recovery targets are met. Visit defaulters/customers as required and explain repayment obligations. Negotiate and settle payment terms in line with company policies. Maintain proper documentation and update recovery status in system/records. Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved cases. Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/Regulatory norms, and ethical practices during recovery. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Recovery Agent/Collection Executive. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle field recovery as well as telephonic follow-ups. Knowledge of legal recovery processes will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
