Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Staff member who will be responsible for managing the entire accounts receivable process. This includes generating accurate invoices, maintaining billing records, and following up with customers to ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue customer invoices promptly and accurately. Maintain up-to-date billing records and reconcile customer accounts. Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices via phone and email. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to verify billing details. Address customer inquiries related to invoices or payment discrepancies. Prepare aging reports and assist in the collections process. Support monthly closing activities and audit requirements related to receivables. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable. Strong understanding of invoicing and accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Excel and any accounting software Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
