You’ll be building sophisticated workflows, crafting campaigns that truly connect, and driving measurable impact across the customer journey.

🎯 What You’ll Do


Email Campaign Management

  • Lead the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, nurture flows).
  • Build and manage campaign calendars aligned with product and sales priorities.
  • Write subject lines and content that drive engagement and conversion.


Marketing Automation

  • Design and implement advanced HubSpot workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, drip campaigns).
  • Set up lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and contact segmentation for hyper-targeted messaging.
  • Continuously A/B test and optimize workflows for peak performance.


CRM & Reporting

  • Ensure HubSpot CRM data integrity and accurate segmentation.
  • Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, MQL/SQL progression).
  • Build insightful dashboards and share monthly performance reports with stakeholders.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with product, sales, and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Support sales enablement with templates, lifecycle triggers, and lead handoffs.
  • Collaborate with design to create visually engaging, on-brand email templates.


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and HubSpot Marketing Hub (certification a plus).
  • Strong grasp of email best practices, GDPR/consent laws, and deliverability.
  • Experience in segmentation, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting ability.
  • Bonus:

    Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting.


Nice to Have

  • SaaS or B2B tech experience.
  • Knowledge of GA4, CRO, or sales automation tools.
  • Comfort in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
