Job Description

CRM Management & Administration

Own the configuration, maintenance, and daily administration of
HubSpot CRM
, including all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and team structures.
Create and maintain
custom properties, workflows, sequences, pipelines, and dashboards
.
Ensure system health by performing
regular data audits, deduplication, and hygiene
checks.
Integrate HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Zapier, Google Workspace, etc.).

Automation & Process Optimization

Design, test, and implement
automated workflows
to streamline lead management, deal tracking, and customer onboarding.
Optimize
lead scoring, lifecycle stages
, and
nurture sequences
for marketing and sales alignment.
Improve efficiency across teams by identifying and automating repetitive tasks.

Reporting & Analytics

Develop
custom reports and dashboards
for leadership and operational teams.
Monitor
key KPIs
(lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, campaign ROI, etc.) and recommend insights for improvement.
Provide monthly performance summaries and data-driven recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
teams to ensure CRM processes support business goals.
Collaborate with IT and vendors on HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting.
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for all HubSpot-related issues, training, and system enhancements.
