Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Overseeing and supervising hub staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment.  Logistics Coordination: Managing the movement of goods in and out of the hub, coordinating transportation schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments.  Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods, and managing the receiving and dispatching processes.  Operational Efficiency: Ensuring all hub operations are conducted according to established procedures and safety guidelines, optimizing workflows, and resolving any operational challenges.  Customer Satisfaction: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints related to hub operations.  Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and submitting reports on hub performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and contributing to operational efficiency.  Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents.  Training and Development: Facilitating training for new hires, ensuring all team members are aware of operational standards, and providing ongoing support for skill development.  Financial Management: May be involved in petty cash management, cash reconciliation, and other financial tasks related to hub operations.  Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet performance standards, and resolving any issues related to their services.
