**We're Hiring – Hub Manager (Vehicle Loan Division)** **Location:** Hisar & Udaipur **Experience:** 7+ Years in Vehicle Loans/Auto Finance **CTC:** Up to ₹10 LPA ### **About the Role:** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Hub Manager** to lead our Vehicle Loan operations. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in auto finance and a proven track record in managing high-performing teams across branch locations. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the hub’s end-to-end vehicle loan operations * Drive loan disbursements, collections, and customer servicing * Build and manage relationships with dealerships, DSA partners, and clients * Ensure compliance with lending guidelines, policies, and credit norms * Train and mentor sales and credit teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets * Monitor portfolio quality, NPA levels, and operational efficiency * Provide strategic inputs for process improvements and growth initiatives ### **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum 7 years of experience in **vehicle loans / auto finance** (NBFC/Banks) * Strong understanding of credit underwriting and risk management * Hands-on experience in team leadership and target-driven environments * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Local market knowledge preferred **Why Join Us?** * Attractive compensation up to ₹10 LPA * Fast-track growth opportunities in a high-impact leadership role * Dynamic work culture with performance rewards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹770,499.20 - ₹923,657.79 per year Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
