Job Description

Assistant Manager HRBP (Sales)- 3+ Years

FMCG / Personal Care / Beauty Care

(Immediate joiners preferred)

Responsibilities:

Act as the
primary HR Business Partner
for the Sales Division
Manage end-to-end
employee lifecycle
including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement
Partner with sales leadership to identify
talent gaps and capability-building initiatives
Handle
employee relations
, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies
Support
field HR operations
and incentive-driven sales structures
Track and analyze
HR metrics
to improve productivity and control attrition

Requirements:

MBA / PGDM in HR
2+ years of experience as a Sales HRBP (mandatory)
Strong exposure to
field sales HR operations
Experience working with
performance-linked incentive models
Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed sales teams
Experience managing large on-roll and off-roll sales workforce
