HRBP (Night Shift)

Job Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive employee engagement through regular connect sessions, activities, and pulse checks.

• Conduct skip-level meetings and RAG (Red-Amber-Green) reviews to track employee sentiment and performance health.

• Manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), coaching managers and employees to achieve set goals.

• Partner with business leaders to address people-related issues and provide HR guidance.

• Resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly, ensuring a positive work environment

• Support talent retention and internal movement strategies.

• Ensure HR processes, documentation, and reporting are maintained accurately.
