What You'll Do

The selected ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and offboarding. This is a strategic role that requires a proactive approach and the responsible attitude to work in a dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about creating a positive and supportive workplace culture.


Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, negotiation and seamless onboarding process.


Employee Relations & Culture:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee questions and concerns.
  • Take various team-building initiatives, employee recognition programs, and internal communication for positive company culture.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances fairly and confidentially.


HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) ,complying to the laws and regulations.
  • Develop and update company policies and the employee handbook as needed.
  • Comply with ISO standards, maintain meticulous HR records, and generate procedures to meet quality management system requirements.


Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and assist in developing a performance management system to support employee growth and career progression.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and paid time off.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure its accuracy.



Who You Are

  • Experienced

    : You have 0-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or a tech/engineering-focused company.
  • Responsible Personality:

    You take responsibility to drive the strategies.
  • Qualifications

    : you are having relevant HR qualifications.
  • A Tactful Person

    : You're an excellent written and verbal communicator, empathetic, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
  • Proactive & Organized

    : You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Tech-Savvy

    : You adapt well with the technical aspects, software and new tools.
  • A Problem-Solver

    : You're ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to a growing company.
