Job Summary:


We are looking for an HR professional with a clear focus on hiring — someone who takes responsibility for getting the right people, not just good candidates. In this role, you will be the first filter, the one who understands what excellence looks like — and who can spot early signs of alignment, capability, and the potential for time-compressed growth. This role is for someone who enjoys the challenge of hiring right and can handle it with urgency, precision, and persistence.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain a hiring pipeline of candidates who are practically fit for the A&H  ecosystem.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and shortlisting, to interviews and onboarding.
  • Assisting in HR administration and setting the corresponding systems.  
  • Develop a strong understanding of A&H standards, pace, and working style to align hiring decisions accordingly.
  • Refine and evolve the recruitment process to eliminate delay and improve accuracy over time.


Key Skills & Traits:


  • Write and publish clear, concise, role-specific JDs in alignment with hiring managers.
  • Run initial screenings to assess communication, initiative, intent, and functional alignment.
  • Skilled at identifying and hiring candidates with an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial mindset.
  • Track the status of all applicants in a streamlined, organized manner.
  • Maintain a strong pulse of the talent market and experiment with sourcing strategies to reach the right profiles.
  • Be equipped to report hiring progress, candidate insights, and recruitment challenges directly to the CEO.


Must Have Skills & Experience:


  • 3-4 years of

    recruitment experience

    , with hands-on responsibility for hiring diverse roles, preferably reporting to CXO/CEO/Director/Partner of the firm. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication; clarity in asking questions and conveying expectations.
  • Ability to identify talent beyond just a resume or years of experience.
  • Good coordination and follow-through across multiple roles, conversations, and timelines.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of hiring outcomes.
  • Equipped with HR laws and compliance.
