Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and driven HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles such as sales closers (high/mid/low ticket), digital marketing specialists, graphic designers, video editors, and telecallers. This is a fully

remote

position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and recruit top candidates for roles in sales (closers), marketing, design, editing, and telecalling using various online platforms and networks.
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate competence, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, schedule interviews, and provide timely feedback, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Lead onboarding processes for new hires in a remote environment and assist in their smooth transition.
  • Administer basic payroll and collaborate with finance on hiring documentation and compensation matters.
  • Continuously maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Coordinate closely with department heads to define hiring needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices in digital, design, and remote sales hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ proven experience sourcing, hiring, and onboarding for sales, marketing, or digital/creative roles—preferably in a remote-first organization.
  • Demonstrated success hiring sales closers at various ticket levels is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with digital recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; experience running interviews over video/online platforms.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
  • Experience with basic payroll and new hire documentation processes is required.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of remote team dynamics.
