Role Responsibilities Create visually stunning 3D designs and graphics for various projects. Develop and refine design concepts through sketches and illustrations. Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements. Utilize software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite for design execution. Prepare design presentations and articulate design concepts effectively. Implement feedback from stakeholders to enhance design quality. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity. Develop animations and motion graphics to enrich the user experience. Create engaging promotional materials and marketing collateral. Utilize rendering techniques to produce high-quality visual outputs. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content. Document design processes and maintain a design library for future projects. Contribute creative ideas for improving overall aesthetic and functionality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer specializing in 3D editing. Strong portfolio showcasing various design projects. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D). Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Ability to create compelling animations and motion graphics. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a creative mindset. Ability to handle constructive criticism and apply feedback. Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
