Job Description

HR Operations Responsible for driving the Employee Onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities. Efficient in documentation of employees personal data and its confidentiality. Ensure a smooth induction for all new joiners. Good hands on experience of any HRMS ( Preferably KEKA) Exit management Payroll Management Responsible for maintaining the Monthly Attendance/ Leaves / Comp offs of all employees Responsible for sharing the Payroll data / Post Payroll Data / PF/ Gratuity etc to the Payroll team. Prior experience of Payroll data management and HR compliances. Vendor Management - BGV / PF / Insurance/ HRMS Employee Relations Act as a POC for all employees for any day to day issues regarding leave, attendance , HRMS, insurance etc Good at conflict resolution and discuss the matter with Seniors as required Imbibe the Company values and ethics within the organization Driving the skip level meetings as in to understand the pulse of the employee. Being actively involved in Learning and Development initiatives of the organization. Grievance handling Employee Engagement Prior experience in Employee Engagement like planning and executing Organization level drives , Weekly/ Monthly Fun events. Bringing in new initiatives to boost the morale of the employee Able to drive the On the spot awards and other Monthly/ Yearly awards Performance Management Fair understanding of Performance Management system, KRAs, KPIs Collaborate with the supervisor in ensuring a timely closure of the appraisal. Appraisal letter roll out Requirements: Proven work experience of HR Generalist role Competency in working with HR Information Systems, hands on experience with Keka or similar platforms. Fair understanding of compensation and benefits packages Ability to develop and successfully implement clear and fair company policies Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and data-driven decision-making. Team management skills ( Good to have) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships. Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively. Willingness to take any additional responsibility MBA ( HR) or PG in Human Resources
