About The Role
We are seeking a skilled employee with an HR Reporting and MIS background having 5–7 years of hands-on experience in preparing various HR reports, dashboards, and custom datasets.
This role demands a meticulous professional with a strong command of English and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders. The candidate should be able to critically think about data and present it in a professional and managed way. Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to produce accurate and timely reports.

Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Maintain documentation on reporting processes, data definitions, and standard reports.

Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
